You may return any unused backpack within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unused and in original condition
• All original tags and labels attached
• Original packaging included
• Proof of purchase provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Backpacks showing signs of use or wear
• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
• Items purchased during final sale events
• Customized or personalized backpacks

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Pack the backpack securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item to the address provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned backpack, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your backpack for a different model or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective backpack, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Warranty Coverage

All Vorlaxenthzepen travel backpacks are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team.

International Returns
